Do these exercises in front of the mirror every morning. Repeat each one five times.
• Tone the neck: push your shoulders back, raise your chin to tighten the skin, then slowly open and close your mouth.
• Lift the eyelids: open your eyelids as wide as possible, keep your eyes wide open for five seconds, then relax.
• Plump the lips: push your lips forward, in an exaggerated kissing position, hold for five seconds, then relax.
