Note: You only need to indicate your L’Occitane VIP Card No. once: on the first L’Occitane product you will add to your shopping bag. But make sure to indicate your L’Occitane VIP Card No. in every separate transaction at RUSTANS.COM.

Starting May 2020, L’Occitane products purchased through Rustans.com can be credited to existing L’Occitane VIPs’ accounts.
Only customers with qualified L’Occitane VIP status prior to March 1 are eligible for online purchase crediting.
L’Occitane VIP Card No. (as shown in the VIP card) must be indicated in the L’Occitane VIP Card No. field prior to clicking Update Shopping Bag or Checkout button.
No L’Occitane VIP Card No., No Crediting Policy shall strictly apply.
Processing of online purchase crediting will be a minimum of 14 business days.
Existing mechanics of the 20k Achievers Program will still be applied.
Gift certificates for the 20k Achievers Program will still be issued in our physical stores.
