2. How many tiers are there in the L’Occitane VIP Program and how do I qualify for them?
There are three tiers in the L’Occitane VIP Program: Shea, Almond, and Immortelle. You will need to fulfill a minimum purchase requirement to qualify for the different tiers:
3. How do I become a VIP member?
Register in any L’Occitane store or at bit.ly/LOccitaneVIPRegistration and qualify for the first tier of membership (Shea) when you spend at least Php 10,000 one-time or within 6 consecutive months from the date of registration. Otherwise, purchase accumulation will automatically reset to 0, and you will start a new 6-month period. Note that only transactions made in-store are considered valid. Not applicable for purchases made in our Lazada flagship store.
4. How do I know my VIP qualification status?
If you wish to view your qualifying purchase balance so far, you may contact us at email@example.com and we’ll review your status for you. Once you complete the Php 10,000 VIP qualifying purchase, you will receive an SMS notification as soon as your VIP card and Php 500 L’Occitane gift certificate are ready for pick-up at your preferred boutique.
5. I already registered for the program in-store then purchased on Rustans.com. Do I need to register via the online form again?
No need to register online! Simply visit the link on Rustans.com confirmation email: http://bit.ly/MyLOccitaneOnlinePurchases to make sure your purchases are tracked and are part of the cumulative balance for either the VIP Program or the 20k Achievers List. 6. Is it possible to upgrade my membership tier?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade your membership tier! Your tier will automatically be upgraded once you fulfill the minimum purchase requirement to reach the higher tier. This is applicable even beyond the required qualifying period as long as you are already a qualified VIP.
For example, Shea Members who have already completed the Php 10,000 minimum purchase amount may immediately become Almond Members after purchasing Php 20,000 in their next transaction. They may also get upgraded if they purchase the Php 20,000 needed on the 7th month after their date of registration despite the 6-month qualifying period of the Almond Tier. The same case may be applied to Almond Members looking to upgrade to Immortelle status.
7. What if my 6-month qualifying period lapses and I haven’t reached Php 10,000 yet? Do I need to register again?
Once your first 6-month qualifying period lapses, your succeeding purchases will automatically be part of your next 6-month qualifying period. There is no need to register again. Just make sure to provide the same mobile number you indicated in our VIP registration form on every transaction to ensure proper tagging in our system.
8. What is the 20k Achievers Rewards Program?
Receive a Php 1,000 L’Occitane gift certificate for every Php 20,000 accumulated purchase in-store and/or online at Rustans.com. You can earn up to 5 gift certificates only for a maximum spend of Php 100,000 annually. All transactions from the previous year will be reset every April 1 of the current year and will no longer be credited to the accumulation of rewards. Note that only transactions made in-store are considered valid. Not applicable for purchases made in our Lazada flagship store.
9. How will I know if I have rewards ready for claiming?
All rewards from the previous month are released on the 2nd or 3rd week of the following month. For example, if you completed your Php 20,000 qualifying purchase in January, you’ll receive your reward in February. An SMS notification will be sent as soon as your L’Occitane gift certificate/s are ready for pick-up at your preferred boutique.
10. How do I claim my 20% in-store birthday discount?
You will receive an email and SMS notification with a promo code on the first day of your birth month. Use your assigned promo code upon checkout at Rustans.com to take advantage of your 10% online discount. Make sure to log in/sign up with the same email address you indicated in your L’Occitane VIP registration form. If you need to have your contact information updated, contact us at email@example.com.
11. I am an Immortelle Member and I qualified for the tier on the month of my birthday. Can I still receive the Birthday Gift?
Congratulations on being an Immortelle Member! Unfortunately, you must have qualified for the Immortelle Tier at least one month before your birthday month to receive the Birthday Gift. But don’t worry! You’ll automatically be eligible to receive a gift on your birthday the following year!
14. Do I have to go through the same application process if my account expired, and I want to activate my membership again?
You do not have to submit a form and accumulate PhP 10,000 within 6 months again. Just present any proof of your previous membership, such as your VIP card or welcome email/SMS, and purchase at least PhP 5,000 within 6 months of reactivation. This may be done in any L’Occitane store or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
15. How do I check the status of my L'Occitane VIP Card?
After making your qualifying purchase, kindly give our Loyalty Team at least 14 days to process and deliver your card to the preferred store location you provided upon registering for the program. You will be notified once your card is ready for pick-up. If you have not heard from us regarding the status of your card for more than 14 days after making your qualifying purchase, you may reach out to us at email@example.com.
